Are there different pricing tiers?
Yes, there are different pricing tiers depending on how many locations you have. For 3 locations and up to 5 bar/ stock areas per location, the price is $149.00/month. For more locations talk to our sales team about getting specific enterprise pricing to fit your company.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long term contracts are required. Pay on a monthly basis with a cancel anytime policy.
Is there customer support available for the software?
Yes, customer support is included with every subscription!
Can I count inventory using my phone?
Absolutely! You can count inventory using the Ideal Inventory Mobile App.
Does the app work offline?
Counting inventory on the app can be done offline, however, you will need an internet connection to download the count sheet, and send it back to the web application.
Can I split inventory by bar areas or storage locations?
Absolutely! That is what Ideal Inventory was made to do, splitting your inventory between storage locations makes it faster and easier to count with multiple people.
Can multiple staff count inventory at the same time?
You bet! With the mobile app you can have up to five people counting per location at the same time.
Can I transfer inventory between locations?
Yes, Ideal Inventory allows you to not only transfer stock easily between stock areas, but also between locations. Check out how with our multi-location solutions.
Can I have Ideal Inventory and still have the features of Ideal Pour?
Yes, with the subscription of Ideal Inventory you can have all the features of Ideal Pour, there will be an additional setup fee for the pour tracking hardware.
How many locations can I have with Ideal Inventory?
You can have as many locations as you need. If you have more than 3 locations you will need to use Ideal Inventory Enterprise, talk to our sales team about enterprise pricing
What does Ideal Pour track?
Ideal Pour tracks every pour from your liquor control system and the sales from your POS, and shows you any variances live from your dashboard.
How quickly is data updated?
Sales and Pour Data is updated as they happen, so you will see your variances live!
How does the pricing work per liquor control system?
Pricing is dependent on the liquor control system's network. Call our sales department for how many communication devices you will require.

If I don't see my POS system listed in integrations, am I still able to import my sales?
Yes, you can import your sales mix from your POS as a csv or txt file directly into the site. Send us an example of your POS export.
Is training for the software included in the price?
Absolutely! 3 hours of training is included with every one year subscription. Additional training packages start at $400 for 3 hours. We also have a full library of training manuals and videos available for self-training.
Can I use the software across multiple devices?
You bet! Ideal Inventory can be opened on any device that has a browser. The Mobile App is also available for IOS or Android phones and tablets.
Do you have database set up services available?
Yes we do! We offer services to setup your database for you so you don't have to. Call our sales department for a quote on setting up your database.
