Can I have Ideal Inventory and still have the features of Ideal Pour?
Yes, there will be an additional fee for the setup of the pour tracking hardware.
How many locations can I have with Ideal Inventory?
Up to 3 locations with up to 5 bars or stock areas per location. Contact our office if you have more locations and get enterprise pricing.
How does the pricing work per liquor control system?
Pricing is dependent on the liquor control system’s network. Call our sales department for how many communication devices you will require.
Are you able to use Ideal Inventory offline?
It is website based software and needs to be connected to the internet.
If I don’t see my POS system listed in integrations, am I still able to import my sales?
Yes, you can import your sales mix from your POS as a csv or txt file. Send us an example of your POS export.
Do you have database set up services available?
Yes, we offer services to set up your database for you. Call our sales department for a quote on setting up your database.
Is training for the software included in the price?
3 hours of free training are included with your one year subscription. Additional training packages start at $400 for 3 hours. Training manuals and videos available for self training.
Is there customer support available for the software?
Support is included in the price of your subscription.
