Possible Causes:
- Integration application was closed
- Changes made to your POS
- New Products have not had their recipes added to track in the software
- Integration settings need to be reconnected
Solutions:
- Verify that the POS integration is active and connected.
- Verify that no changes have been made to the POS system
- Verify that there are no new products that have not been added to the software.

Pour Data Missing
Possible Causes:
- Wi-Fi or ethernet connectivity issue with pour tracking devices
- Devices powered off or disconnected from rest of equipment
- Data delay due to system updates (sprint specific)
Solutions:
- Ensure that all pour tracking devices are powered on and connected.
- Restart the devices and refresh the connection.
