    Possible Causes:

    • Integration application was closed
    • Changes made to your POS
    • New Products have not had their recipes added to track in the software
    • Integration settings need to be reconnected

    Solutions:

    • Verify that the POS integration is active and connected.
    • Verify that no changes have been made to the POS system
    • Verify that there are no new products that have not been added to the software.

    Possible Causes:

    • Wi-Fi or ethernet connectivity issue with pour tracking devices
